AMSTERDAM March 2 – 2023 – SmartPool, the EPBF-project in which students put maths and physics into practice at a pool table, and where it is taught in a playful way that technical subjects have all kinds of fun and practical applications, was present at SIAM CSE 2023 Conference in the RAI in Amsterdam.

SIAM is the largest organization in the world for industrial and applied mathematics, and the conference on computational science and engineering is their largest conference.

There were presentations from Ine Helvik EPBF, Jenny Sendova Bulgaria, Maria Hadjimina Cyprus and Erik van Haren the Netherlands.

More than 50 participants received an explanation about SmartPool at the pool table.
