The KNBB is de National federation for all Billiards sports in the Netherlands. Member of the National Committee and recognized by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
The KNBB consists of five administrative parts and is supported in this by the Federal Office. For the activities of the different sections, we refer you to the relevant platforms on our
website www.knbb.nl.
The umbrella organization:
This is the umbrella body of the entire KNBB. Is controlled by the Federal Board and controlled by the Federal Council. The Federal Council consists of members elected by the four
sections.
Carambole section:
The Carambole Section has placed its activities with the KNBB Carambole Association. This has its board, which is controlled by the General Assembly. This GMM consists of the
representatives of the affiliated districts. The Districts then again consist of affiliated billiards associations. You can therefore only be a member of Carambole through a member
association.
Section 3-cushion billiard:
The Three-cushion Section has individual members and they appoint a board via the section council. The Section Council is accessible to all members of the 3-Cushion Section.
Pool billiards section:
The Section Pool has individual members and these are organized under districts. The districts together form the section council and appoint a board.
Snooker section:
The Snooker Section has individual members and they appoint a board via the Section Council. The Section Council is accessible to all members of the Snooker Section.
